The customer's requirements were to make access to company files available everywhere for travelling staff, to allow multiple users to work simultaneously on the same office files, to have a cloud-based email system that was accessible from every PC and mobile, and, of course, to have a backup and disaster recovery system for all sensitive data on company computers.
